Reece is a 2005 graduate of Brown University where he studied in the Modern Culture & Media department. Other studies include courses in the Film, Animation, Video department of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) as well as the Media and Communications department at the University of New South Wales (Australia). He also studied Sociology at Bucknell University, and worked in their Sports Information department. After graduation, he was hired as an editor at Tango Pix, a post-production facility in Providence, working on a national television program for Hasbro and the G4 Network. Most recently, he was the director's assistant on the Farrelly Bros./Dreamworks' major motion picture 'The Heartbreak Kid.'

While in college, Reece was a four-year starter at Bucknell and Brown in Division I lacrosse. This past summer he completed his rookie season as a professional lacrosse player with the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse (MLL). A New England native, Reece got his start playing ice hockey, and is an avid fan of all sports.

At Overtime, Reece combines his athletic enthusiasm, innate creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit as our CEO.

Dan was most recently working in the Voice Technology Group, an advanced technology group with a billion dollar run rate at Cisco Systems Inc., where he developed enterprise class distributed voice technology systems. Before joining Cisco Systems in 2005, he obtained his Sc.B. at Brown University, concentrating in Computer Engineering, Multimedia Systems. Projects built there include the development of a real-time interactive modeling software on a parallel Linux cluster in the CAVE Automated Virtual Environment and an operating system which implemented a threads package, virtual file system, and disk file system for a Unix style operating system.

Dan was also a successful Division I lacrosse player, earning four varsity letters, and voted as one of the team's Most Valuable Players and captains as a senior. He is also a talented and competitive basketball player.

For Overtime, Dan is our CTO. His focus is largely technical, though his experience and understanding of competitive athletics allows for better comprehension of the Overtime team's creativity.

Joe is a 2005 graduate from the University of Virginia. While there he received a Bachelors of Science in Sociology. In May 2007, Joe received his Masters in Information Management from the I-School at Syracuse University. After graduation he worked for MTV networks as a part of the Desktop Support team, then as a System Support Analyst for all Digital Ad Sales related programs.

While in college Joe was twice selected as a second team All American for the University of Virginia Lacrosse team. In 2003, his team won the ACC title, and the National Championship. In 2006 Joe was a second team All American for the Syracuse Orangemen, who went to the Final Four. After college, Joe was selected 14th in the MLL draft and has played two seasons in the league, first for the San Francisco Dragons, and now the New Jersey Pride.

With Overtime, Joe leverages strong contacts in college and professional athletics as our CNO. Joe's accomplished athletic resume combined with his technical experience are also crucial to our product development.
